Narae is a reading app where you can find the best web novels translated from Korean and original content produced by talented Italian and French authors recruited by the Narae’s editorial team. You can access the narae app either from mobile, downloading it from the App store or Google Play store, or via web at www.narae.eu.

You need to be at least over 16 years old to create an account on narae. If you are under 16, you won't be able to sign up.
Creating an account is possible using your email or your Apple or Google accounts. The registration is completed either on the narae app or the narae website.

A web novel is a story written and published digitally to be read anywhere on your smartphones, laptop and tablets. 
Several episodes are published at once at launch, for readers to be able to discover the story. Then, like your favorite TV series, you can follow along your heroine or hero’s journey with new chapters coming out every week!

A web novel can be divided in seasons, with each season containing episodes, or chapters, just like TV series.

We strive to choose titles that depict as much as possible the web novels. Therefore, when a title in English seems the best for the story, we may use it for all the versions of the web novel, including when they’re translated into French and Italian. 
To make sure you read our catalog in a specific language, you can go to the settings of the app and select the language you wish to read in within the section “Reading language”.

You can access the settings of the app by entering the section “My narae” and clicking the gear icon in the top right corner. On the website you can also access your settings via the “My narae” menu or the “Settings” button, on the left of your screen.

A promo code lets you unlock one or more episodes for free on narae. Here’s how to use it:

1. Log in to your narae account.
2. Select the paid episode you want to unlock.
3. Enter your promo code: in the purchase pop-up window, at the bottom, click on the sentence dedicated to promo codes.
4. Type and confirm: input your promo code (make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end) and confirm.

Your episode will be unlocked immediately, and a pop-up notification will inform you of the remaining uses for your promo code.

How long the unlocked episode stays available
An episode unlocked with a promo code remains accessible for a limited time. To check the remaining time, go to the series page: a countdown is displayed next to the episode. Once the time expires, the episode will become paid again.

Unlocking multiple episodes with the same code
If your promo code allows you to unlock additional episodes, simply repeat the process for each new episode by entering the same promo code.

Coins are credits that can be purchased and used on the narae application. Coins allow you to unlock access to and read paid episodes of our series.

Narae places great importance on the quality of its content. The stories you find on our app are written by professional authors and translated by human translators. Paying to read an episode means supporting the authors, translators, and everyone involved in delivering high-quality content to you.

There are two types of coins:

• Paid Coins: These are coins that you buy in packs via the coin shop. Purchased coins are non-refundable and have a lifespan of 5 years.
• Bonus Coins: These are offered in particular through promotions. The duration of bonus coins varies according to the promotion. The duration of bonus coins is always indicated.

In general, coins appear instantly in the account after purchase, but sometimes, they may do so with a delay of approximately thirty seconds. If after a while you still don't see your coins, we recommend closing the narae app completely and reopening it.
If your coins still do not appear in your narae account, please contact our customer care at customer@narae.eu, specifying your narae username and the email linked to your narae account, as well as the payment method used for your purchase (Apple, Google, credit card). If you have already received your purchase receipt or a payment confirmation, do not hesitate to send us the document as well, so we can find your transaction more easily.
After verifying correct receipt of payment, we will be able to credit you for the missing coins.
